Description
Colour: Red and Green - Bad and Good flags; meaning that the Vexillographer will check each and every flags in the world whether it is good or not, and will comment on it based on his point of view
Two Black Stars on White Quarters - Highlighting what is wrong; meaning that the Vexillographer will tell what is missing in the flag (the white box is plain so a black star on it would make it better etc.)
Colour: White - Neutral; meaning that the Vexillographer isn't bias and will be honest with what looks good and what does not
Five Pointed Stars - Five for five syllables in the word Ve-Xil-Lo-Gra-Pher.
