This first one symbolises vexillology by showing a tennant in front of a background like the flag if the flag association. The white triangle at the hoist and the red symbolises YouTube and the play button. The brown field symbolises geography, because geo means earth, and it also symbolises Peter, because he has dark hair.

So so good! I don't like these left triangles very much, even though they're so common in flags around the world. But this one looks pretty good to me.
